Jeroen Deen goes Kenya
This is my weblog, stories from my adventures in Kenya and reactions from all of you.
In the last week of April and in the beginning of May people from my former work came over for a trainings/vacation period. Here is the group: The big gray mzee with Dorethy, the daughter of Monicah, sister of Lornah.

The runners where very very happy with the stuff. Thanks Johan and all the NUON-ers. We enjoyed your presence, please come again!

From the moment I start to work in the Centre, I start educating people from Iten and foreign students. Here a picture of Australian Kylie, who returned home, but hopefully will be back.
Study, study, hours of study for the exams been given by me
The new logo; see f you recognize Lornah

In Iten there is time enough to dream about freedom
To fly into the sky above the great rift valley
Hours of gravity freedom, but without going up into the air, more than enough freedom to come to Iten

Laura, Toine and me in downtown Iten
Only that this holland boy don’t want to compete with the Kenians is OK, but this? Greetings my friend

Walking towards a special moment in the life of Alicent.
1,2,3 times in the name of father, his son and the holy spirit a wet suit and entrance to heaven.
This is only one tree planted there (after winning a medal somewhere of there schoolboys), they stopped it in 1999, because others there will be a forrest in the garden and you can’t run there anymore.

The doors to the working spot.
Table, table, what can I do without you (nothing when we have a power failure, 2x/week)
It seems so long ago, but Mr. Kiplagat remembers it very good, our biggest enemy, no our “best” friend.
